Mesothelioma Wrongful Death:
A mesothelioma wrongful death occurs when a person dies from mesothelioma as the result of the negligence or misconduct of another individual, company or organization. The legal action for wrongful death belongs to the victim's surviving immediate family members, usually a spouse and/or children, and sometimes the victim's parents. Under certain circumstances, unrelated minor children living with and supported by the victim may also bring a claim for wrongful death.
